Sigurd Red blend 2017
Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvedre, all the components were fermented separately with around 10 to 14 day ferments with about 20% whole bunch. Fermented in 1000L wooden vats with heading down boards using native yeast, pressed to 1000L wooden vats and 500L used French oak barrels for about 15 months of elevage, left to settle in tank for a week and then bottled. A small amount of Sulfur just before bottling. The 30 year old Mourvedre out of Koonunga in Northern Barossa, the 25 year old Syrah from around Williamstown which I manage organically. Grenache from 80 year old vines in Tanunda and the young vine Carignan out of Northern Barossa area of Ebenezer.
We deliver locally on a Thursday to LS1-21, LS27, LS28 & LS29. It's free if you spend £30 or £2 if less than that.
Standard Courier Delivery via DPD to any other postcodes is £7.95 or free if you spend £90. Postage for gift vouchers is £1.95 and they will be dispatched on the next Thursday.
We have one courier delivery run each week, leaving us on a Thursday.
Your order will then arrive with you within 1 - 2 days of leaving us. We will provide DPD with your email address and mobile number and they will provide updates, you can then track your delivery.
With all orders, you can pick the date you would like it sending out. It defaults to the next available date.
