The kitchen team at the Leeds bar have been busy over the last couple of weeks creating a brand new menu for our reopening on the 17th May. Choosing the opening line-up of Charcuterie and Cheese and developing new dishes and specials.
They spent the afternoon on Woodhouse Ridge where there is the most incredible amount of wild garlic growing this spring. After foraging a hefty bag full they've been coming up with some delicious-sounding recipes to use it.
