We are currently looking for an experienced chef/ kitchen professional to work predominantly at our Leeds City Centre site as well as to aid with outside events and our Ilkley site on occasion.

This is an exciting time to join the company, with the street currently being pedestrianised including an area of outdoor seating giving us even greater street presence.

As such, we are looking to develop our daytime food offer further and see real potential for growth in this area. With this and the regular changing of our small plates offering, we are looking for someone with creative flair, a great palette and the ability to come up with great dishes that our customers will love. We are also looking to increase the number of events both externally and on site.

You must:

Have solid kitchen experience and ideally some experience of managing a kitchen team
Have an interest in produce, provenance and be able to develop new dishes
Be a team player and be able to motivate and inspire with the desire to develop yourself and the team around you. You must be a great communicator and able to get the best out of the team 
Work effectively with the floor and bar teams

We can offer the following:

Salary is dependent on experience and level you are hired at. We would be interested to hear from all suitable people regardless of salary expectations
A share of the Tronc. Generally £1-£2 per hour
Genuine 40 hour working week

Please note as we are open 7 days a week with the kitchen closing at the latest 11pm, this job involves Saturday, Sunday and evening working and is on a rota basis working 5 days out of 7.
