Meet Mattia, kitchen extraordinaire. After moving to Leeds in 2013, Matti has become a regular face around the Leeds hospitality scene. Hailing from Spezia in Northern Italy, Matti brings us tonnes of Italian flair, passion and aggression learned from his footballing hero Gennaro Gattuso.
